Really? Some of my friends really agree with this subject. Apparently in Ireland women receive less pay then men for the same job and it is harder for them to be promoted.

Well here in The United States that is against state and federal Law... If it happened here the employee could simply Sue the owners for the money and get them to pay a big fine.
